This space was created for anyone trying to navigate the tangled world of disability, Medicaid, medical leave, SSDI/SSI, ADA, and everything in between.

After my own medical journey, I learned firsthand how overwhelming these systems can be — and how life-changing it is to have someone who understands the process.

My mission is to guide and support people navigating disability, medical leave, and benefits, helping them feel understood, empowered, and less alone in the process.
